Specs

Creating Specs

You can create specs in the specs tab using the + symbol in the treeview. Alternately, you can create inline specs directly from a doc using the insert menu. Specs start with the title "Untitled" and are auto-saved when created.

Editing and Viewing Specs

The Spec Editor lets you create and edit Specs. A few features of note:

• Specs can be linked within Docs, allowing you to view and edit them seamlessly.

• AI-generated Spec Summaries are available for each Spec.

• Indented text highlighting is automatic and helps your specs stay clean and readable with limited neuronal participation on your part.

Organizing Specs

The Specs Treeview component allows you to create folders and subfolders to group your Specs. You can also move and organize specs from the embedded Spec Editor component in a doc by using the Spec Location Dropdown.
